AZAV-certified Training Provider
CITECH is certified as a training provider under AZAV (Accreditation and Licensing Regulation for Employment Promotion) by TÜV NORD. This means: Our training programs meet the strict quality requirements of the German Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit). AZAV certification is the German government's quality standard for publicly funded vocational training.

The Qualification Offensive
Since April 2024, funding options for vocational training in digitalization and AI have been significantly expanded in Germany. Employees and companies can benefit from government support under certain conditions.
Training Costs
Course fees can be partially or fully covered by the Federal Employment Agency, depending on your individual situation.
Wage Subsidies
Employers may receive a subsidy for wages during the training period under certain conditions.
During Working Hours
Training can take place during working hours. Our courses are designed as full-time on-site programs.

5 Steps to Funded Training
We guide you through the entire process – from the initial consultation to the start of your training.
Consultation
In a free initial consultation, we analyze your situation: employment status, qualification goals and possible funding paths. Honest and without obligation.
Document Collection
Together we compile all required documents: qualification certificates, employer confirmations and the appropriate program application.
Application Submission
You submit the application to your local employment agency. We support you with the wording and provide all program-related documents.
Approval Review
The employment agency reviews your application. Processing typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. We are available as the training provider to support with any inquiries.
Training Start
After approval, you begin your AI training at the next available date. You focus entirely on learning – cost processing runs directly through the agency.
