As a certified Materials Testing Specialist (IHK — German Chamber of Commerce and Industry), Marcel combines solid quality management expertise with innovative AI development. With over a year of self-employment in AI implementation and training, he has successfully guided numerous companies toward EU AI Act compliance and integrated complex AI systems into existing business processes. At CITECH, he serves as Managing Director responsible for tool development and, as an instructor, delivers practical training on the legally compliant and efficient use of AI systems. Starting January 2026, he is furthering his knowledge through a degree in Applied AI Sciences.
Dr. Ingo Poschmann

Dr. Poschmann combines decades of experience in quality management and process optimization as a PhD-holding natural scientist and publicly appointed IHK expert (certified by the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry). His expertise in systematic analysis and scientific methodology forms the ideal foundation for the structured delivery of AI competencies. At CITECH, he serves as Managing Director responsible for strategic direction and, as an experienced auditor, ensures the highest quality standards across all training programs. As an instructor, he teaches the integration of AI into existing management systems.
